Winifred Kotin is a technology leader and consultant with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, innovation, and business growth. She is the Founder of Eagle Innovations and previously served as Co-founder and COO of Superfluid Labs, where she championed data and AI solutions that empowered businesses across Africa and Europe. Her career spans banking, financial services, and technology consulting, including leadership roles at Guaranty Trust Bank and Access Bank, as well as advisory work with international firms. A mentor and author, Winifred actively supports the next generation of technology professionals through engagements at Ashesi University and KNUST, and she has published The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Technology Careers. With an MBA in Finance, a B.Sc. in Computer Science, and executive education from Harvard Business School Online, Winifred brings to the Board deep expertise in digital strategy, innovation, and capacity building, along with a proven record of aligning technology with business growth.
